I thought I would use red, since it's so Traditional. I am using the Holly birds plates from Certified International. I got them here, which is Overstock.com They are less than Pier 1
The napkins I found at Pier1. They also have red and gold ones. They are $3.99 each.
I am using my Gold Flatware I purchased from Horchow.
You can see the dinner plate from Mikasa...Red Parchment.
I am using a gold beaded placemat.
I even added small bird cage for the Centerpiece. I used greenery and red Cardinals.
The Christmas tree hold the name cards I created on the pc.
I added 2 Reindeer to the centerpiece
Close-up of the napkins, ring and flatware.
I wanted to create an entrance from the Family room into the Dining room. I used a large swag, all decked out with bronze and gold, added a wreath and gold gauzy fabric on each side.
One of our sconces in the Dining room. I always like to hang a wreath around them to make them festive.
Even the Wine Butler gets dressed for Christmas.
A large gold urn sits in a niche in the Dining room.
Coffee Station, ready to go.........
I am making mini tastings for dessert. I am using small
glasses for a variety of desserts. Bread Pudding....Chocolate Mousse....Peanut Butter Parfait.... and Cranberry Trifle.
I just took these pictures before I serve them tonight.
Cranberry Trifle
Peanut Butter Parfaits & Banana Cream Parfait
I also made bread pudding with Cinnamon Caramel sauce
Excuse the raspberries falling over...LOL.
This is a picture of snow on our back patio last year. We typically don't get snow in sunny California.
A shot down by the pool. Care to take a dip?
