Valentine is almost here, so we are partying once again. We have another dinner party planned for Valentine's evening. This table is for fun! The dinner on Valentine is for 8 people.
I will also be using the same French inspired dishes, Les Etoiles , which means, The Stars.
I am using black, white and of course a daring red to liven things up. Romance is definitely a red color. I started with the gorgeous red tablecloth I bought from Linen Table Cloth.
Since the plates are square, I am using red square charger plates. The dishes are French themed.
Heart dessert dishes with a red spoon.
An added little gift with red, black and white.
Adding more ambiance with the tall mercury candle holders and a vase with the white rose ball
I found these at Home Goods..
Black and white striped napkins with the black and white MacKenzie-Childs napkin rings, Liz from Infuse With Liz gave me.
Cream flatware...I may have to add black to my collection. Look out hubby! It's a good thing, we have lots of added storage in the new remodeled laundry room.
I love dressing the chandelier.
I tied my red sashes to the back of each chair.
Have you any plans for Valentine's day? Please share.
I am linking up with the following parties:

Amaze me Monday @ Dwelling- The Heart of Your Home

ReplyDeleteI love the red tablecloth! I was considering that one and seeing it - I am in love! That would be so great for Christmas too. Your MC napkin rings are wonderful and they go so well with the punch that the napkins give! I am in love with your red ceiling! How fabulous is that?! We had our big family dinner last night which I will post and then a friend dinner on Wed. It is Valentine's Week around here!
What a fun table setting! I love a good French theme. Our anniversary just happens to be on Valentine's day so it is always a special day for us.
ReplyDeleteWhat a pretty table and I love those French inspired dishes. Beautiful. Cathy
ReplyDeleteWhat a festive table! I especially like those mercury candle sticks and vase. I want something like those for a shelf I recently put up in my living room. I almost bought a lamp that had a mercury base but a fellow shopper beside me told me that mercury would be going out of style soon..lol. I listened to her and ended up buying a crystal lamp. ( I WILL get mercury candle sticks though).
ReplyDeleteHappy valentines! xx
ReplyDeleteVery romantic! Love the heart that you added to the napkin rings. We'll be celebrating our anniversary on Valentine's Day. Love the French theme!
ReplyDeleteOoh la la is right, Linda! Your ❤️ Table is stunning, including your chandelier. That pretty table cloth just sets the mood for a romantic theme.

Love the chandelier decorations too! I can't believe I never noticed that fabulous RED ceiling!!! Have a beautiful Valentines with friends.
ReplyDeleteThis is so fun, Linda How do you decorate the chandelier? I envision you balancing precariously on the table while draping all your gorgeous decorations - be careful, WW! lol.
