Since it's Mardi Gras, I thought I would share a tablescape in our Breakfast room. Love the bright colors of purple, gold and green. It's time to be festive! The table is set with a purple tablecloth and purple chair covers.....(pillow cases).
I used our extra large martini glass for the centerpiece. I filled it with lots of beads that match the theme. A golden crown sits in the middle topped of with purple led lights.
The centerpiece is surrounded by Mardi Gras masks. Each place setting has a different mask, that sits on the plates. Purple compotes sit on a layer of golden plates and a green charger.
Gold flatware with purple napkins tie in with the colors, along with golden goblets and green wine glasses.
I also used my fleur de lis napkin rings as an accent.
You can see the layers here. Green, gold and purple. This is definitely a fun table!
That's it for now. Just finishing up the blog designs. Enjoy the rest of your week!

Good Evening Linda, Your table is a feast for the eyes. As the weather here in England is very grey and dreary it is lovely to see such vibrant colours.
ReplyDeleteHave fun celebrating Mardi Gras.
Best Wishes
