I bought these cute little burlap bags for favors. They hold a nice amount for friends and family.

Caramelized Party Mix
prep time: cook time: 1 MINStotal time: 1 mins
a rich buttery snack with salty nuts and pretzels.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cups brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoons corn syrup
- dash of salt
- 2 1/2 cups rice chex cereal
- 2 cups thin pretzels - I broke them in half.
- 1 cup mixed nuts - I used pecans & macadamia
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Melt butter in large skillet
- Add brown sugar, corn syrup and salt. Cook 1 minute, then remove from heat.
- Put rice chex cereal, pretzels and nuts into a large bowl. Pour hot butter mixture over ingredients. Stir.
- Spray a large piece of wax paper with cooking spray and pour combined mixture onto wax paper. Let cool and then break into clusters.
- Feel free to add chocolate chips, dried cranberries and more to make different combinations.
