I hope you all are enjoying St. Patrick's Day. The corned beef is in the crockpot, so tonight's dinner will be the traditional corned beef and cabbage with carrots.

  2. Happy St Patrick's Day Linda! Yes, the corned beef is in the crockpot, finally! I completely forgot about cooking it, duh! Too excited that today is our son's birthday and we had a special surprise for him! I've calmed down and look forward to a wonderful dinner and celebration!
