I thought I would set up a fun Boho- Chic tablescape. A colorful tablecloth to start with
A tall cream vase with sculpted flowers makes a striking centerpiece. I found this vase at Pottery World on clearance.
A fun mix and match of colors.
As I stated before I have also been assisting bloggers with their missing images and a few designs.
My dad is not doing well. I do thank you for your prayers. My mother is completely worn out.
Looking into a skilled nursing facility temporarily so my dad can regain some strength. He is 6'3" and my Mom is 5'2". Trying to get a reply back from medical is awful. Wait and more waiting.
Anyone know about Palliative care?

Hi Linda, first of all I'm so sorry your father isn't doing well. I can't offer any advice on care but I will promise to keep him and your mother in my prayers. Secondly, the tablescape is fabulous! I absolutely adore that vase you found on clearance what a find! It looks great and goes very well I think with the rest of the lively colors. Take care my dear, Silvana

So sorry to see your parents are going through such trials. It's tough to watch, I know. Tablescaping is a great outlet to release tension on your end. I'm with you on that!
ReplyDeleteLinda, you new vase is pretty and makes a great statement for this lovely table setting. I hope your dad improves. I know this is a stressful time.
ReplyDeleteGlad you are able to set a beautiful table Linda. I am certainly praying for your dad and your mom. If you still have questions about care, let me know. xo

I loved meeting you.

Wow I love the tablecloth- love the beautiful vase and the florals.
ReplyDeleteI'm so sorry about your Dad. I can't even imagine your mother being so petite handling his care alone. I hope you can find a place to help him and ease the burden on your mom. I guess the palliative car is an option- for us it always depends on what can be afforded.
The table setting is so pretty! Love it!
ReplyDeletePrayers for your dad.
Lisa
Prayers coming, Linda. I'm sorry you all are going through this, especially for your mom. I don't know your dad's condition but I do know when our parents get older and have health issues, it stinks. Both my parents are gone 20 and 13 years now. Wishing and praying for your father's health to improve and for your mom to be able to get some needed rest. <3 Your table setting is lovely!
