Traditional Halloween Tablescape

Halloween  is a fun holiday.  It doesn't have to be scary or spooky.  This table is pretty calm with the traditional colors of orange and black.

I love using the Mackenzie childs gift boxes for different occasions. They make a great platform.

I am using the same spray painted black wine bottles.  This time with orange candles.

The plate stack is orange chargers with black dinner plates, an orange pumpkin dessert plate and a small black bowl.  Tall black goblets complete the look along with the orange and black dinner napkins.
Orange Mums go nicely with this table.

Stacked pumpkins.
This table is dramatic for Halloween, but not creepy.

  1. Festive, not scary is what I prefer. Great idea to paint the wine bottles to use with candles, and love the use of the MacK-C gift boxes as bases for the pumpkins. Did you get the candle holders this trip? Thinking I should get a pair of these. I like using pillars rather than tapers. Of course, I need to start setting tables again. 😋
