I am sharing this lovely gold tablescape today. Sorry I haven't posted all week. With the passing of my dad, Christmas and all, I have been busy helping my Mom. We had a very quiet Christmas.
My Mom, Jacqueline. I was at her house for a few days. I cut and styled her hair. We had three appointments. Dealing with the Social Security, and also Trident Society. My dad's wishes were to be cremated.
She also had a doctor's appointment. We managed to fit in some after Christmas shopping. She found some great bargains. She really wanted the Winter Wonderland look I created below.
My Winter Wonderland scene above our tv.
Our Breakfast room.
Golden elegance everywhere in this room.
I dressed this dress form all in gold and pearls. I have used it for many occasions. I love the larger one Jackie from Purple Chocolat Home created.
If you haven't been to her blog, you should visit. Be sure to check out her Great room and Christmas Eve table.
I always dress my chairs. My chairs are covered in red and gold, so I use pillow cases to fit right over the chair and then dress them with wraps and decorative items.
Golden goblets with gold flatware.
If you have been following my blog, you also know I love to dress our chandeliers. Pearl beads with snowflakes.
I found these beautiful gold plates at Home Goods. Gotta love that store! The crystal candle holders are also from Home Goods.
Bronze gold pillow case with a gold wrap. I am using a curtain pull back holder for the decoration. Good old Ross to the rescue.
Rest in peace Dad. You are missed!

I am so sorry about your Dad, Linda, but also know that it was time-his life was not a quality one any longer. Your mom looks wonderful. You did a fantastic job on her hair. She is just a lovely lady. I know that you have had a few long hard months with everything going on. I am praying that 2018 is much better for you (and for your mom).
