I can hardly wait for our dining room set. It is a darker wood and it can seat many people.
Years ago, I bought the chargers at Pier 1. The different colored plates along with the leaf plates were purchased at Ross.
Amber goblets are from Linens and things...unfortunately, they went out of business. The candle holders I found at R.C. Willey, a furniture store. They have great accessories. The flatware is from Gottschalks, another store that closed. The dining room chairs, I re-covered myself.
I'm linking up with Susan at Between Naps on the front porch for another fabulous Tablescape party. Come and visit and get inspired.

Hi Linda ... your dining room Fall tablescape is beautiful !! I love all of the colors ... I'm a fan of feathers, too. And, I love how you placed "jewels" in the bottom of your hurricanes to reflect off of the lights in your stunning chandelier! Thanks for sharing, Becca
ReplyDeleteI love your dining room chairs so elegant, the settings are beautiful particularly the leaf plates.

Hi Linda,
ReplyDeleteYour Fall tablescape is gorgeous! You know, I thought when I first came to your blog that you were just in the beginning stages of remodeling your home, but after going back and looking at your kitchen post again I see that you actually started sometime ago... It all looks so wonderful now! You've done such a great job!
Thank you for the e-mail, and recent comment too!
Also, I just wanted to let you know that I've always thought clogging would be a cool thing to learn I looks like so much fun!
One last thing... I see that you are a Ovarian cancer survivor. My sister, also named Linda was diagnosed with the same last year, and is also doing well now! I'm so happy for you both and all the other cancer survivors too!
Take care, I hope you stop by again for my Fall tablescape I just posted!
Hugs, Sherri:)
That is a VERY generously sized dining room! I LOVE it! Here in the Midwest, they seem to have all but forgotten that there are many people who still LIKE to entertain in a real dining room:-( At any rate....very nice!!!
ReplyDeleteYour room is stunning and I love your tablescape. So pretty. All of your dishes and china are so beautifully done. Hugs, Marty

Your dining room is gorgeous! What fun to decorate ANY table in that space. You did a wonderful job with this one but I'm sure you are excited for your new one. The candleholders are beautiful! I really like how you folded your napkins and tucked the flatware inside.
