Mini quiche for a rainy Sunday

Well, it's not sunny California today, so I thought I would make a quiche... I had some  leftover filling so I decided to use my new pan.
Mini quiches......

I used some leftover pork from a previous dinner and added 2 kinds of cheese.
I used this recipe from Skip To My Lou
Subsitute any meat or add some spinach.

  7. Thanks for visiting my blog and leaving a sweet comment.

I love your mini quiche idea! A few weeks back I had a blogger brunch and had 15 bloggers from 3 states come over! I made four quiches. The recipes are under the recipe tab beneath my header.

I am off to read some of your past posts!
