Well, it's not sunny California today, so I thought I would make a quiche... I had some leftover filling so I decided to use my new pan.
Mini quiches......
I used some leftover pork from a previous dinner and added 2 kinds of cheese.
I used this recipe from Skip To My Lou.
Subsitute any meat or add some spinach.

ReplyDeleteHi Linda, quiche sounds great, but your home is absolutely gorgeous! Your decor is exquisite and makes me want to start all over (house and all). And thank you for visiting my blog and following. I am your newest follower (I think), if not, I will be in a few minutes. Teresa@oursoutherncountryhomeandfarm.
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting my blog and leaving a sweet comment.
ReplyDeleteI love your mini quiche idea! A few weeks back I had a blogger brunch and had 15 bloggers from 3 states come over! I made four quiches. The recipes are under the recipe tab beneath my header.
I am off to read some of your past posts!
