Tomorrow is St. Patrick's Day.
It's time to bring out the green and celebrate.
Irish Blessings are abundant. I am Irish and Scottish.
I started with my white lace tablecloth. I layered my collection of Bordallo Pinheiro Cabbage dishes with my American Atlier white plates.
I found these adorable artichoke votives.
Here's the Bordallo Pinheiro Cabbage Bowl
The American Atlier Athena dishes are one of my favorites. It is so easy to mix and match with.
I love these Bordallo Pinheiro Cabbage plates. They have such a pretty scalloped design.
At last the American Atlier white plate.
Using white plates really shows off the wonderful colors
of food.
Isn't this cup and saucer the cutest thing?
I have to have green glassware as well. These are Fleur de lis design.
Look what I found? The cutest little Monkey hanging off a Cabbage pitcher.
My centerpiece consists of a divided cabbage platter. I used green and white Carnations and surrounded them with grapes and limes.
Here's the large platter my girlfriend found for me.
I wish all of you a wonderful and prosperous Day.
Happy St. Patrick's Day
If you have some time, please watch this heart warming video of a baby hummingbird that was saved. The song is "Better Together" by Jack Johnson.
Thank you for visiting.....I am linking with these wonderful blogs.

Hi, Linda! First, I want to thank you for stopping by my blog earlier today. I am so glad you are going to enter the Mikasa Giveaway! Remember...you have until 11:59 p.m. on March 30 to enter your best Springtime table on Mikasa's Facebook page. I'll announce the winner on my page on your birthday! :-) Now, on to your St. Patrick's Day table...LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the monkey on the cabbage pitcher! That is so unique! I love stuff that is different like that! It goes so well with your dishes (the cup and saucer are just beautiful, and I would be in hog heaven sipping from that!), and it adds a touch of unexpected fun to the vignette. It's like the lace is very serious, but then you have the monkey that lightens it all up...it's great!!! Thanks again, and I look forward to seeing your fabulous spring table on Mikasa's FB page soon! Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteThank you for your sweet visit Linda and for your generous comments on my dishes. The napkin rings were also made by us, we had them to go with the colours of every set of china. The crocheted runner was made by my mother a while back.
ReplyDeleteXOXO
