Mine is somewhat different, but I love the idea of using a frame. Their mantel is far more rustic, but you get the idea.

Like I said, it is quite different, but I was inspired to use picture frames. I am using the frames from a previous post, regarding my husband's retirement party.
I added two tall rust vases on each side of the fireplace to create more Fall decor. I added the lit branches for night time drama.
If you look closely, you can see my reflection in the glass....LOL

I love your interpretation.. not exactly the same, but slightly more formal which is better for your space. I like yours a little more actually. Nice job!
