I served French Toast Casserole, Baked Ham, Potato Stacks, two kinds of quiche, apple muffins and fresh fruit, along with the Mimosa bar. I will be sharing the Mimosa bar on my next post.
The zebra striped napkins make the table pop. I found the cute little zebra boots at Target. They open and inside, is a mini pedicure set. A great little gift for the ladies.
I like to dress the chairs too!
The gift bags I found online @ papermart.
Costco has some of the best flowers. We found these gorgeous red and white roses there. They are lasting!
The dishes I found on Amazon. They are so pretty and French.
My husband and I found these beautiful crystal candleholders at
Pottery World. Of course, we had to purchase two. We added the floral balls on top. My next post, I will show you the Mimosa bar
and the sweet candy buffet.
Here's a peek of the candy lips I made for each lady.
It was so much fun. I think everyone had a fabulous time.
Enjoy your week.

ReplyDeleteGood morning Linda! Your new post has not appeared yet on my feed, but thank YOU for coming by to visit! What a lovely luncheon for your dancer pals! And I meant to tell you a while back that I looked at your video on your sidebar and was so happy to see you dancing. I used to dance in groups long ago, and if I had time, I'd do it again! Love the zebra print for a pop of excitement!
ReplyDeleteYour home, YOWSA...it always looks so majestic and perfect. I hope you are enjoying your new kitchen and as for winter gardens in the literal sense, oh dear, mine is buried thigh-deep in snow. But the heart is the perfect garden that never freezes over. ENJOY THE MONTH OF LOVE! Anita

ReplyDeleteI look at those candy lips, and it reminds me of one of the opening scenes of "The First Wives Club" when Goldie hawn's character had her lips plumped!!! :-)
ReplyDeleteYou always do such a good job of paying attention to every little detail to make the party fun and welcoming! You really do a good job of decorating your chairs and seeing to it that the centerpiece is one that is sure to wow. The addition of all the zebra print is fun!!!
I agree with you about the Costco roses. As long as I check to make sure there is no mildew in the middle (that happened a couple of times and I had to take them back), the flowers last for a good long time. They're a good, cost-effective way to really spruce up a table!
I'm glad everyone had a good time! You are the Hostess with the Mostess!
