Birds With Bees Dining

I have done several tablescapes with bees, birds, etc.  I put together this summery table with my bee plates and these cute bird plates I bought.  Green and yellow is so bright and uplifting.
The cute little birds share the color theme. I set this table on our pub table off the kitchen.
I started with the green tablecloth.

I found the plates at Ross for a few dollars.  The green goblets are from the Dollar store.

Flatware and the bee plates are from Horchow. Who says you can't mix inexpensive with expensive goods.  I am  also using my Chris Madden chargers I bought from JCPenney.  Unfortunately, they are discontinued.

I love this darling little bird cloche.  I added greenery, yellow roses and a candle to it.
I love using the battery candles...so safe and they make them with remotes or timers.

Sweet little green bird salt and pepper shakers.

These bee napkin rings I found online.

Here are the links to  my other bird tablescapes.

Hope you had a wonderful weekend.  The weather is cooling a bit.
Feeling pretty good.
Still thinking about the RAI treatment for the thyroid. I had my thyroid removed last year due to cancer.  They recommend the RAI treatment to kill off any remaining thyroid tissue.
I had so much radiation, I thought it best for now to hold off on the treatment.

Just so some of you know....

  7. It is really too bad those chargers are discontinued! I would love to have a few of those in my stash! The plates are perfect for the summer months! I love the bright, bright hue of the dinner plate.

I don't like bees chasing me around the yard and deck, but they are beautiful on the table!

You have pulled through all of radiation treatments like a champ and I know you can do this, too. After all, dear friend, you ARE Wonder Woman. Hugs and love to you. xoxo.
PS. It will likely be Thursday before I get a chance to call. That's the first night I see having to myself, lol. Can hardly wait to catch up with you!

  14. What a beautiful table you have set! Wish I lived close by, so that I could pop over and share a tea luncheon with you. I love Ross! It's my favorite store. I always find so many wonderful deals there.

Wow, Linda, I had no idea you had been battling thyroid cancer. I hope and pray EVERY single trace of cancer is gone from your body forever. What a hateful disease that is!

  19. The bee plates are my favorite. They make a perfect companion to the Ross salad plates. The flatware, wine glasses, and the tablecloth are lovely contrasts to the yellow of the bee plates. Very pretty.

They look stunning. I think you just talked me into getting some. Have a great day, and I hope all is well with you.

    Love the table setting!
