Beautiful views of some of the orchards in the foothills.
We have our local Farmer's market every Saturday. It's great fun to see what the local farmers have for the day. There is something for everyone, whether, it's breakfast pizza, baked bread, fresh veggies and lovely fruits plus more. It's makes for a great outing to see local farmers displaying their
bountiful harvest. We live in Placer County
Fresh eggs for breakfast or some awesome baking.
Don't you just love sunflowers? Fresh flowers and wonderful produce really make a big difference.
This beautiful bouquet is from the Foothill's Farmers Market. It is two bundles of flowers for around $20.00
Gorgeous carrots....With Fall around the corner, it will be time to make some yummy soups and of course, carrot cake.
Buying from our local farms does help save the green space and we know it is really fresh. It is not trucked in many miles away. We are helping to support our local growers.
There's plenty of produce at the Auburn Foothills Farmers Market. They also have vendors selling pork, beef, honey, and fish. You will find crafts, freshly baked breads, jams and jellies and dog treats.
All different baskets for sale to carry your fresh goods home. I love the variety that our local Foothill's Farmers Market has.
Freshly baked pizza from Bella Familia.
In addition to making some favorite pizzas, they make some awesome breakfast pizza, along with creative desserts. I love the wood pizza oven flavor and crusty bread.
Happy Wednesday!

I love farmers' markets! Driving through downtown early this afternoon after my first school meeting was lovely, seeing all the late summer vendors! And this is my first full summer having bought fresh flowers for the house. It truly makes a difference to have them in the home. And of course, we eat fresh fruits and vegetables all year round. I wish more and more people lived this way! Beautiful kitchen, Linda! ANita
