Shrimp with Hoison and Veggies
I made this dinner recently. What's not to love? Shrimp and wonderful veggies. I love that it uses 1 pan and it's an easy clean-up. You can cover the pan with foil or parchment paper and add your favorite foods.
When it finishes cooking, just throw away your paper and the clean-up is done!
Just think of all the dinners you can make by using a sheet pan.
It has a tangy rich flavor and it's healthy too!
I recently ran across this book all about sheet pan dinner. Great for those people who want to cook and not be a slave in your kitchen. You can order it below.
Pizza Monkey Bread
I looked around the internet and saw different recipes. I tried the biscuits, but I wasn't happy using them. The next will be pizza dough. It makes a great party food appetizer, a little messy but yummy.
I would use this recipe below from The Brewer and The Baker
Pepperoni Pizza Monkey Bread
Yesterday I made Pumpkin Muffins. There must be tons of recipes out there for these babies.
They are great with a cup of coffee or tea.
My next post I will be sharing those free printables. I am also making candy trains, so watch for that post too!
Enjoy your week! It's raining here. We need this rain, so I am happy.

Everything looks delicious. I've always liked to make one dish meals. Sounds like you had a good time with your mom.
ReplyDeleteI'm printing this off for my daughter, Amber! It is right up her alley!!! Thank you!
ReplyDeleteI like the idea of one pan meals, Linda! You've been a busy lady, and I love that you're helping your mom out.
ReplyDeleteLove this recipe, Linda. I have started roasting shrimp much more often than sautéing. I love a big bowl of roasted veggies in the colder months and it's often something I make when we've had a long day at work. This looks so delicious!
ReplyDeleteYou're very busy with your Mom and your projects! Getting ready for the holiday season soon we'll keep us all busy and out of trouble, lol.
Lots of love to you, sweet friend.
Good Afternoon Dear Linda,
ReplyDeleteGreat post and just in time for the Holidays. I want to be able to streamline my cooking for my husband and myself and focus more on the really good food that we all make this time of the year. If I must make a mess it needs to where it counts the most.
You are such sweet daughter and I know your Mom loves these special times with you.
Oh, I love, love all of the pretty goodies on my blog and my new newsletter too.
You are so creative and organized!
xo

I only recently heard about sheet pan cooking and I love the idea. I just printed off this recipe as I love shrimp and bok choy together.

Hi Linda, one pan meals are wonderful and I love the clean up. It's great to be with and help your mom. These times are memory makers. Enjoy the week. xo
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for the recipes, Linda. I've really been trying to do more Asian cooking. As long as the recipes don't require a big search for ingredients, I'm all for them. This looks SO good and thanks for the advice on lining the pan.

Linda, how funny because I was just talking about taking pictures of the food that we prepare, and it's hard for me because I just want to eat it right after. : ) The shrimp and veggies look delicious. I'm not much of a seafood gal, but I do love shrimp. And these pumpkin muffins look scrumptious. I wish I had one to go with my coffee right now.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy this Autumn day, Linda. I'm off to check out your post before about Jemma's blog. She is gem, and I love her.
