Cranking Out More Blog Designs!

Just updating all of you with more designs that I have worked on.  Valerie from Candlelightsupper has a new look!  She creates some beautiful tablescapes.  Valerie told me she was ready for a new look. We chatted about design and colors.  She wanted a feminine elegant header, so off I went to designing.    We are pleased with the new look. I did share a glimpse of it on my last post.

CANDLE  LIGHT SUPPER

Valerie wanted a soft pink and grey color for her blog.  She told me she loves crowns, so I thought they would make a perfect sidebar title element.  I also made her custom social media buttons with the crowns.

It's all about crowns and pink.  I made a custom pink pin it button for Pinterest.
Custom search bar, social media share button below each post and a pink read more button.

Valerie suggested a crown scroll button, I created one to go along with her theme.

Icing on the cake is her animated signature.

I suggested to Valerie to get her own domain.  You can purchase your domain name from Godaddy for $1.18 the first year, provided you are a new customer.  I did the  settings so her blog would be automatically re-directed.  She now has a new beautiful look to compliment her amazing tablescapes. Be sure to visit and say hello.

 MY KENTUCKY LIVING BLOG

Sheila and I chatted before the first of the year about a new design for her blog. Sheila is a southern who loves traditional decor.
She knew she wanted a soft French blue with black.

Sheila had quite a few pages, so I thought having two navigation menus would be best.  The blog would look less cluttered.
I spoke to her about a dropdown menu, but she was afraid some of her readers wouldn't find the pages.  I used a sticky  top menu
and an additional menu below the header.

She wanted a very wide format, so she could use extra large photos.
I gave her an updated post summary, with the read more button so her page loads fast.  It also allows your readers to see some other posts.
Sheila wanted a nice, clean look, so I used blue lines to separate widgets, etc.

The social media buttons match her theme and I added the share this post with more social media button below each post.

Sheila had already purchased her domain.  She has used it while she was on WP.  She came back to Blogger and I changed the settings, so that her blogspot would automatically re-direct.

Thank you Ladies, it was a pleasure to work with you and provide you with a great new look for the new year.

As  some of you know, I do have two sites.  Life and Linda
