I thought I would share our porch this year. We still have the pumpkin topiaries. We moved them by the gate this year. We do have some color! Yea! We love this beautiful Japanese maple tree. Our creek waterfall is covered with leaves from the Ginkgo treeBeautiful mums sit on each side of the steps, along with pumpkins..I am keeping this post short and sweet because I am suffering from Shingles. It is very painful. If it isn't gallstones, it's shingles. For the record, I did get the vaccine 5 years ago.I did go to the doctor and she gave me valtrex.I am off to rest. I am joining the ladies of Thoughts of Home on Thursday for their Stunning Thanksgiving Vignettes. My post will be tomorrow.

ReplyDeleteFirst of all I am SO sorry you have the darn shingles! My Joe must have had the mildest case on record, he was very fortunate. I am kinda afraid to get the vaccine as I have heard of several people who have gotten it after getting the shot. I know it can't protect everyone. I will ask my Dr. what she thinks. Your home is like a castle, so beautiful and grand. We love Japanese maples too, had them at the old house and have 2 out by the pond now. Have a painfree weekend. Thanking of you. XO
ReplyDeleteI am so very sorry that you are having to deal with both gallstones and shingles, my friend! I did get the vaccine last year and hope that it helps me avoid them.
ReplyDeleteYour home is so beautiful Linda, and you and your hubby certainly keep it looking that way. God bless you!
