We spend most of the time in our family room or study.
I love having the white flocked Christmas tree in the dining room, so I decided I wanted a small one for the family room.
It is 4 1/2 feet tall. I set it up in the picture window on a sofa table. I added a gold Christmas tree skirt and surrounded the tree with white batting. The ornaments are all gold. I moved the cute polar bears over to the table, because they make me smile.
Our fireplace keeps us cozy at night, in addition to our tulikivi fireplace, that is located in our entry.
This one is gas and the tulikivi is wood.
Tulikivi fireplace produces a comfortable heat that radiates gently and
evenly into the room from the soapstone, warming the space over many
hours. The heat output is so gentle that you can touch the surface of
the soapstone without burning your fingers.
I went with the gold theme this year.
The Baker's rack is decked out with more white batting to look like snow.
I have collected the cute little Santas over the years.
New this year is the white faux fur wreaths. This are pretty easy to make.
Our tall flocked tree is decorated with white and silver this year.
The tree skirt is silver with white.
Some of you have already seen our dining room, dressed in white and silver with lots of snowflakes.
The kitchen island has Santas, tall candles, a tree and that cute red truck.
Nutcrackers sit in front of the kitchen windows, flanked by the cedar trees.
Another look at the Vintage Car Tablescape.
Happy Holidays to you and yours.
