That's a long time to go without power for the rain you've been having. I think we've all become too comfortable with taking our way of living now for granted. I can remember having no air conditioning and lots of power outages as a child. We need to prepare ourselves better for what might be coming. They keep talking about global warming and catastrophic happenings and in reality, they are taking place around the world. I don't mean to be a Debbie Downer - your features are all quite lovely! I especially like the gingerbread house cookie and the crock pot sweet and sour pork loin! They both look so yummy! Thanks for hosting another fabulous party, Linda!
ReplyDeleteEnjoyed the features, Linda. Thanks for hosting and have a great week.
ReplyDeleteLinda, my comment went off before I had finished. Sorry you were without power for so long. That's not easy! We have our gas logs burning now. Today is wet and cold again. Take care.
ReplyDeleteLinda, I'm sorry you were without power for so long!
ReplyDeleteThanks for hosting the great party. I enjoyed seeing all the features and your new blog designs.
Happy your power's back on and I'm sure you all are enjoying the rain! Thank you for hosting this wonderful link party and including me, Linda!
ReplyDeleteThanks for hosting Linda! No power is no fun! We are all too spoiled with our electrical comforts :) Have a lovely week!

Hi Linda, glad you got your power back. 18 hours is fairly long when you're roughing it!! We're going to have thunderstorms tonight. It's rumbling now so it's on the way. Lovely features. Have a great week ahead xo
ReplyDeleteToo bad you lost power. I really hate going through that. Fun features- thanks for hosting!

Hello Linda,
ReplyDeleteSo sorry you had to deal with a power outage for 18 hours. That is rough. Hopefully things will be back to normal by weeks end.
Thank you for hosting each week.

Hi Linda!
ReplyDeleteI'm finally here, lol. So sorry to hear about your power. Thank goodness for good old fashioned wood heat. I love a wood burning fireplace but it sure is a lot of work on a regular basis!
Let's chat next week. I'll email when I can squeeze some time. It's been a little nuts ...as usual, lol. Lots of love to you, friend. xoxo
