Pineapples means warmth, welcome, friendship and hospitality. What better way to treat your guests with this lovely symbol.
I have set a pretty table with golden pineapples. The color of gold is so bold and elegant. The table is set with a beautiful cream pinwheel tablecloth. Some also called it pinchwheel.
Gold chargers start the plate stack with an ivory dinner plate with gold rims. I found these beautiful golden pineapple plates at Home Goods. The gold pineapple glassware are very unique with a stainless steel straw. Perfect for my summer cocktail. Vodka with mango and pineapple juice.
I am using my nifty trick of covering the chairs with pillow cases. I am trying to make up my mind if I should re-cover the chairs. The gold sequin chair bands come in different colors. I found them
here.

ReplyDeleteStunning....The drink ware is so unique and the cocktail sounds delish! Pillow cases over your chairs is such a great idea, but what really caught my eye is the gold band you have around the pillowcases - is it stretchy? It adds such flair! The double doors in your home are so nice, bringing the outside indoors! If I had those, the mosquitoes would attack!!
