Dishing It & Digging It Link Party #189

Wow, we have had some chilly weather lately.  The temps were 27  degrees the other night.  Needless to say, we had frost all over.  I know it doesn't compare to many of you who are enduring extreme cold and lots of snow.

This week has been a busy week, helping my Mom.  We have been tidying up the sunroom in her home.  My brother was here for 1 week and did lots of honey do's.  I was over there the other day, recovering 5 chairs.  My Mom was removing those awful staples from some chairs and I was re-covering the chairs with a pretty blue fabric to match her rug. She also decorated for Easter.
Stay tuned for some photos.

My husband installed a new faucet in her bathroom and is going to work to hook up a tv in the sunroom we gave her. I am happy to see she is using her sunroom again.  She even fired up her pellet store.

I shared this cute Bicycle tablescape this week.

My sweet friends, I have been busy around here and ready for a break. Here is a 1950 vintage end table I painted. Have a great week.

  2. Hi Linda- sounds like you’ve been a busy one at your Mom’s! I hope the frost didn’t damage many of your flowering plants. We always have that issue- it warms and the plant start to come alive and then bam- a frost. Thanks for the blog party!
