Lets Fiesta!

Happy 5th of May!  My husband and I have been working in the yard.
A nice break was needed.


I prepared an easy appetizer with my new kitchen gadget, Architec 5 minute Stackable Appetizer maker.
Here's a video to see how it works. You can get creative and also make dessert.


Don't forget the Margarita. Trust me, I need this after working in the yard.

    We actually went to Fiesta in San Antonio two weeks ago. It was so much fun with all the colorful celebration going on. Of course, we ate just a little too much and I might have mad a Prickly Pear margarita. :)
