Pool Cabana Progress

Our pool cabana is making great progress.

Inside we will have a mini kitchen without a stove. We will also have a bathroom.

Oops, my reflection is seen in the window.  We are waiting for those upper custom windows.

The french doors are in.  Stone will go on the front only. The stone below is what we are using.  We happen to have enough left over stone to face  the front of the pool cabana.  I love the look of stone on a house.  We will add two exterior lights on each side of the french doors.

The ceiling is all wood and vaulted.  My husband stained the boards.

We will paint the siding the same color as our house. The trim will be chocolate brown.  In fact, my husband has already painted the trim.
Standing at the top looking down.

A nice shot of our pool.

  4. Oh my goodness, this is gonna be so neat when finished. A kitchen and a bath? How cool is that. It can double for a “she shed” too. Just saying.

  11. Dear Linda,
Just looking at this last photo cools off my Texas hot and humid body! You have created a true outdoor Oasis. I would plant myself in one of those dreamy chairs and never ever leave. The Cabana is a perfect and beautiful addition.

  16. I, too, love the look of stone and hope to have it on our next house. It’s beautiful, but it also has a formidable appearance. Like a castle! Good luck as the process continues on the cabaña! What a terrific and welcome, I’m sure, addition!
