Bee Bold and Bee Happy Tablescape

This table is a fun filled table with the colors of a bee.  The yellow is a nice contrast to the black.

I am thankful for these MKC Thistle and Bee salad plates Sarah picked up for me from the barn sale. I am using my bee flatware also from horchow on sale.

The MKC everything bowl is great for so many things.

My new MKC napkins with sunflowers.  Notice the sweet little bee peeking out of the black goblet.

Adding the stately black goblets creates some height to the table.

Love these cute little bee soup tureens.

Yellow placemats and the black and white chargers set off the bee plates from Horchow.

The pool cabana is at a stand still, waiting for the mason and the electrician to pull wires.  I shall be posting another update this week.

My mom is resting at home.  She is feeling pretty good.  One day at a time.  My brother is there with her for two weeks to help, so I am getting a break.
Bee Happy!

  4. I would bee so thrilled to sit at this fun filled table Linda!! You bring us great inspiration to create tables to express our joy to be alive. I've always MKC from the first time I knew she existed. I even did a makeover on a highchair in the MKC style for our granddaughter. It was so fun & she loved sitting in her "princess" chair. I later made one for our youngest granddaughter with the them of "Queen of the Jungle" in MKC style. You have created pure fun!! Blessings, Edie Marie

  9. Thank you for the update on your Mom, Linda.
Your new plates and those napkins are sooooo pretty, and look great with the MCK bowl filled with the sunflower arrangement. I love the individual beehive soup tureens at each place setting. I'd "bee" very happy to sit at your table.

  12. Linda, your Bee Happy tablescape certainly makes me happy. I adore bee realated things, so your cute table speaks to me. The new plates are perfect with your chargers and bee plates. Where did you find the black and white stripe chargers? Thanks for hosting each week.
Praying for the CA fires to be contained and for your mom to continue to improve.
