Valentine Lunch with My Hubby and Mom

Breakfast room is all set for Valentines.
As you know my mom has been with us since last September.  I have set a pretty Valentine table for lunch.  My husband is taking me out to dinner.

We each have  heart filled with Dove chocolate truffles.

I am using my Mikasa Parchment Red china.  A gold charger nicely picks up the gold in the dishes.  A Pioneer Woman compote sits on top.  Gold flatware by Horchow.

These pretty gold candle holders with bling belong to my mom.

Chocolate cheesecake for dessert. The chocolate shaped lips  are Madelaine from Amazon. They are delicious and creamy, plus  fun shaped lips.

Pizza Hut is making heart shaped pizzas and also Papa John.

My husband loves pizza and almost anything bread.....lol
Speaking of pizza, I saw this cute card.

Happy Valentines dear friends.
Thank for the well wishes.  My cough is getting better. Night time seems to be the worse.

  1. How pretty your table is for a valentine's lunch with your hubby and mom. The candies are adorable. I just saw bags of those at Home Goods and thought they were so cute. Have a wonderful Valentine's day. I have a heavy head cold and cough right now too. So I feel your pain.
    Hope you feel better soon.
    Hugs,
    Kris

  2. Take care of yourself Linda. I have a dear friend who started as you did and it ended up pneumonia. :(

How sweet to set a pretty valentine lunch able for you and your Mom and your hubby. I love the chocolate lips, but most of all I love your pretty red table setting. The red and gold makes all your details pop.

I did not know about the heart shaped pizzas...I will have to order one for grins and giggles.

Thank you for sharing your table.
    Hugs
