I haven't posted at all this week. I have been busy making over three blogs lately. I want to say thank you to Kim from Exquisitely Unremarkable for referring Susan to me for a blog makeover.
Here's Susan's bio. She is so creative.
Susan, is the author and creator at Homeroad. I am a wife of 28 years, the mother of 4 daughters, and the grandmother of 4 grandsons. I am a DIY Blogger and a part time PreK teacher. I began Homeroad in 2010, it has been an incredible journey which has given me the opportunity to be on TV: HGTV's Flea Market Flip, ABC's The Chew and a Hometalk craft segment on NBC Nightly News. I've also been featured or published in these great places: Hometalk, Apartment Therapy's The Kitchn, Reloved Magazine, Answers.com, Decor Steals, Better Homes and Gardens.com. and Country Sampler Magazine.
The next blog is for Cherry Kay, a fellow Traveling Tote ga
She does stunning tablescapes with a beautiful collection of dishware.
Hello, I'm Cherry Kay
I was 40 before I realized that I am an artist. I love to paint, work in clay, rubber stamping, design tablescapes, entertain, and share ideas. I'm an interior designer wanna-be...no credentials, but lots of experience. I have a degree in English, and I taught high school until my second child was born...that was long ago. I've been married for 50 years, and we believe that our marriage has flourished because of sweet Jesus in our lives. Hal is my best friend...if I had to choose over, I'd still choose him. My most precious friends are my Garden Friends, the name of my Bible study group of 31+ years. The name? Jesus took his best friends with Him to the Garden of Gethsemane. That's what we pray to be...good enough friends that we would be the kind of friends that Jesus would want to take with Him to the garden...The Garden Friends.
