Gnomes are so popular this year and look so cute. I thought I would try making a few. I really want to buy some shaggy faux fur to make them complete. I used what I had on hand for now. It took me about 8 minutes to make each one.
This gnome I purchased from Marshalls when I was visiting my mom.
The plates are new this year. Yes, I broke down and bought more plates....ha ha.

I am using my silver chargers with gems. Pink and silver is the colors of this particular table. A glamour look, which I love!
I usually dress my chandeliers for Christmas. They complete the look. Snowflakes and roses, along with some silver garland.
A pretty pink and silver napkin with some sparkle napkin rings.
I love my Mackenzie Childs nutcracker.
This nutcracker is by Kurt Alder. A little humor, twice when I type nutcracker, I hit the b and it says butcracker...lol It's a good thing I try to preview the post.
The chairs are dressed in faux fur pillow cases.
Pink bows are tied around each chair. There you have it, my Pink Breakfast room dressed with cute gnomes and nutcrackers. I am busy getting ready for the clogger's luncheon on Thursday. I have spent the last two days baking up a storm. Wishing you all a Merry Christmas.

Oh, it is just glamorous perfection in every way! I haven't been that enchanted with the gnomes, until I saw your pink one as the centerpiece! That one would fit right into my holiday home! The little ones you made are so adorable! I have to laugh that you broke down and bought new plates! I had a goal this year to not buy anything new, then my daughter found some Mickey and Minnie plates and we each had to give in! Other than that I did pretty good. But oh my, that MC Nutcracker tempts me too!
ReplyDeleteYour little gnomes are adorable! And the roses in the chandelier -- stunning!
ReplyDeleteOnce again you did it Linda! I love the cute gnomes and the nutcrackers and the pink theme. So pretty. Have fun today with your luncheon!

ReplyDeleteI was just commenting to my husband about what the fascination is with gnomes this year. I am just not a huge fan, but I do like your table.
ReplyDeleteI spotted a few gnomes last year, but this year, wow...they're everywhere. Your pink versions are perfect. I love your take on the trend!
