My lovely friend, Karen bought this witch for me. Thank you Karen, my sweet friend. This witch has such a cute face, wort and all. The witch cauldron is filled with Marigolds. I added a string of orange leds beneath to create the vision of fire.
The wine goblets are from the Dollar Tree. I applied the Drink Up Witches decal to each glass. I bought the decals on Etsy.
I hope you have come to party!

Linda, I don't which witchy element to comment on first, they're ALL so spellbinding! From high-end MC plates and flatware, Grandin Road serving pieces (for years, they've done a really fine job of assimilating MC style) to the mid- and lower-end items you've elevated here (the Ross salad skull plates - LOVE! - and DT with hats).....you've put together a really great theme and display. Oh, and the gloves - too cute! I'd be happy to join you and be a witchy woman who drinks to all that!
ReplyDeleteRita, thank you. I cannot wait to visit to see what Halloween fun you have created. Mixing and matching high end with DT is a wonderful way to create. I would love if you joined me for some witchy woman fun.
DeleteI love the way you decorated the table for a Halloween celebration Linda. I love every detail and the witch is great and the mantel is festive too.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much Julie. Halloween is a fun time for me. Time to get creative and not too spooky.
DeleteOutstanding! Those purple garden gloves are perfect!
ReplyDeleteThanks Debra. Aren't they fun?
DeleteSo many Halloween pretties Linda! I love the reigning witch and her cauldron overseeing the Halloween fun! The trees full of witch hats lining the centerpiece are great! And those skull plates are fabulous, especially paired with the MKC Courtly Check plates. I look forward to the Grandin Road Halloween creations every year, and the serving stand and snack broom are adorable! I hope you can have friends over to enjoy this Halloween table!
ReplyDeleteJenna
Thanks Jenna, The witch being the center of attention started me on the path to witchy fun.
DeleteGotta add MKC in the mix. I love Grandin Road's creations.
I never cease to be amazed at your creativity. I also wonder where you store everything!
ReplyDeleteLove love your real face in the witch. Only you could do that!
Not only did you do a table but mantels too. Wow!
Bonnie, thank you, you are so kind. I store most in the garage with bins, a lot overhead and some in the house. Yes I decorate the mantel as well.
DeleteOMG this is so fun. This is awesome. The plates are so wonderful. Just love it all.
ReplyDeleteThank you sweet friend. I wish I could invite you all over.
DeleteLive you table Linda and not spooky. Great idea using those gloves as hands. Your witch is cute warts and all.
ReplyDeleteLove the pumpkins in between all the participants.
Cindy
Cindy, thank you. Not spooky, just fun.
DeleteGood Afternoon Dear Linda!
ReplyDeleteYes, you mostly definitely put a spell on me! I love those garden gloves with claw finger tips. What a great idea to use them in this tablescape. You have mixed so many beautiful elements together for the perfect haunting evening. I adore your plates too. Love, love the witch and your creativity is awesome!
So fun to share in this event with you!
Happy Halloween sweet Friend,
XOXO!
I’m bee-witched and bee-dazzled by the spellbinding table you conjured up Linda! So many special and fun Halloween details. Love the decals on the DT glasses. They’d make a fun favor or hostess gift. But, every time I see your black stemware I confess to bee-ing green with envy lol!
ReplyDeleteYou don't scare me!! I know better, if you were a witch - you would be Glinda the good witch!! Your table looks fabulous. I pour over those Grandin Road catalogs when I get them - love their stuff - and you did it justice! I love the way you mix some pretty expensive things with dollar store stuff and you make it all look like a million dollars. The purple garden gloves are fantastic!! Wishing you a Halloween full of wonderful treats!! Enjoy!!
ReplyDeleteGoodness, Linda! This post is over the top! :D I love the Grandin Road pieces! You are an awfully cute witch, Sweet Friend!
ReplyDeleteHi Linda, such a fun, festive, and fabulous table! There are so many wonderful details, you covered Halloween perfectly. I always enjoy a seat at your table!
ReplyDeleteLinda, I’m cackling with glee over your table...so many bewitching details! You’re so smart to add decals to your Dollar Tree wine glasses and I love your Grandin Road serving pieces. So happy to join again in the hop, Happy Halloween! ♥
ReplyDeleteLinda, what a fabulous gift from your friend. The witch really is nicely detailed and makes such a fun, whimsical statement, especially with her cauldron. The colorful skeleton plates are a nice contrast to the black and white checkered McKenzie Child pieces and Grandin Road pieces. (They always have a great selection, don't they.) What a great party favor....the garden claw filled with goodies! So creative and seriously fun!
ReplyDeleteLinda, you make Halloween look so elegant and fun! I also love your outfit. You look like the costume model in that photo. Gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteIs it too corny to say I'm enchanted? It's so beautiful and just the slightest bit spooky, too! A perfect effect!
ReplyDeleteLinda, you really did create a wonderful witchy look for your table. All the little details are charming. I love how you use darling MC pieces with the DIY glasses and your other finds. The gift from your friend, the witch, is just to pretty to be scary and how clever to use the little twinkling lights. But, the prettiest witch of all it the top photo with the purple sash, now she' lovely.........
ReplyDeleteA child at heart♥Great..magazine worthy Halloween!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun table, Linda! I love when you use MKC pieces and also things from the Dollar Tree. Using those decals really added a special touch to the glasses. Your witch from your friend is wonderful ! The gloves at each place added a special spooky charm. I wish I was a guest!
ReplyDeleteLinda, Your table is amazing! The floral skeleton salad plates are the same ones I used for my Halloween table last year, but I love seeing how someone uses the same items in a different way. Pairing those with the courtly check dinner plates is fantastic! Those gloves were a brilliant choice!
ReplyDeleteHello my pretty! I waited until I could sit and relax to comment :-) Your table is amazing! I've never had a witch in my life, so I'm loving yours! I had a Halloween party planned for 2020 since last October, but decided to wait until 2021 (hopefully). I already bought the Genie claw gloves since they are so much fun for party favors. Great idea to attach the decals to the wine goblets. I wish I was a guest. ♥
ReplyDeleteThanks Debbie. I had so much fun with this table. I had a few people over on Friday, close neighbors who never venture out. The witch was a lovely gift from a girlfriend. The Genie garden gloves were a big hit, stuffed with candy and of course you can use them to garden. Looks like camp is beautiful.
DeleteThere is so much to look at- your mantel, the cake stand, the witch hats on the glitter trees, and the witch tumblers. You really put a lot of effort into this and it showd!
ReplyDeleteWow, Linda, you have so many pretties for the pretties. Great tablesetting..Stay well..xxoJudy
ReplyDeleteWhat a great table! I love the big witch! The plates and the tiered tray is the cutes!
ReplyDeleteThe witch, the mantel and those creepy garden gloves with claws have me swooning over here. This table would be so much fun to style and you've done a beautiful job. Happy Halloween!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful bewitching job Linda! Love that marigold arrangement with the lights underneath and the dishes with the creepy glove! Your trees look so cute with the little hats! Love the festive mantel too!
ReplyDeleteOh, Linda! You just do the best tables and decorations. I sure would love to see everything in person--but this is the next best thing. What fun you must have as it comes to life.
ReplyDeleteHoping that before Christmas I can get to some tablescaping again! I FINALLY have someone coming to finish up the things that need doing so I am not sitting around in limbo for a few more months! Whooo Hoooo!
