Cheers to a Bright New 2021

Happy New Years my friends.  I hope that the new year will bring us hope, good health and prosperity. 2020 has been a difficult year with Covid. We shall prevail!
With a new beginning and fresh start, full of inspiration and positive thoughts, let's begin this year with an optimistic thought.

My black and gold table is set up in our Breakfast room.  Just my husband and myself shall be celebrating New Years.
Definitely a table with drama.  A black tablecloth makes your china pop! Gold placemats hold the decorative black and gold charger.  Next is the golden glass plates I purchased years ago from Home Goods.

Gold napkin rings hold the lovely gold scrolled napkins. Gold flatware is the perfect silverware for this striking table.

Party hats and horn blowers add some whimsy.  A princess crown and a hat for hubby.  The clock is a clock template I printed.  It sits nicely beneath a glass plate. You can also decoupage it to a plain glass plate

I love dressing my chandelier.  I am using the firework LED lights I purchased a few years back. They come with 8 settings, are waterproof and have a remote.

Golden goblets from Zgallerie years ago sit beside our Waterford snowflake champagne flutes. Gold flatware from Horchow goes perfectly with this golden theme.

  1. Happy New Year, Linda! We're having takeout pizza for our New Year's Eve feast. If only we could eat it off your elegant table setting, LOL! Then we'd be moving up in the world!
