Valentine Heart Cookie with Fruit

Just in time for Valentine's Day.  A giant cookie with  cream cheese frosting and fruit.  I used my heart shaped cake pan to make the cookie.  Use any sugar cookie recipe and bake away.  Let cool and then make the cream cheese frosting, frost  and then add your fruit.

A little champagne with your cookie? I just read today about a woman who turned 108 and she swears by drinking champagne.  We have champagne every Sunday.

I saw this cake online and now I am inspired!  Love the look!
