Happy Earth Day! Every April 22, we celebrate this special day. Walk through the woods, work in the garden or just buying earth friendly products. The first Earth Day was held on April 22, 1970. Today is a day to increase awareness of environmental problems. many communities get together to clean up litter, plant trees or reflect on the beauty of nature.
This year marks the 51st anniversary of this holiday. This year's theme is "Restore Our Earth."
Support our pollinators!
We have lots of lavender, rosemary, wisteria and more. Down by the pool, we have blue boa, which the hummingbirds love. We also have a Butterfly bush. Our property is full of native plants. We have wildflowers throughout our property.
We do our part by having solar, recycling and more. Today I have been working in the gardens and my hubby is working on our outdoor shower enclosure.
