Happy Hallow-Queens Party

Hello my friends.   You are invited to my Hallow-Queens party. We like to think of ourselves as royalty and why not wear the crown. Many thanks to Rita from Panoply for organizing this Halloween Blog Hop. You will find the links from the multi-talented bloggers participating in this Halloween Blog Hop at the bottom of this post.  Have fun and enjoy the creativity.

As some of you know, I do love my bling and also a dramatic table.  The LED lighting really adds a lovely  ambiance to a table.

We have to use our royal glassware.  Gold goblets plus tall black goblets with a gold crown.  Gold flatware completes the royal look of this table. The chargers are black with gold trim.
Let the feast begin my royal guests.

The centerpiece is a Scalloped Tray rise I bought from Decor Steals. They came in a set of two. I added plums, pomegranates, purple grapes and some purple chrysanthemums.

This is a picture of the scalloped tray riser without the fruit.

Even Grace Skelly attended this party! I love her smile!  She is wearing a velvet jacket.

I feel the purple is so majestic.

Under each skull, is a black salad plate with a  gold skull followed by a purple and gold plate, and then a scrolled golds glass dinner plate.

Our skellies are holding the royal treats for each guest.  Rich dark chocolates with cherry and Dark Chocolate Bon Bons sit in a crown party favor bag.  The stands come off to also use as  mini cupcake holder.
There are so fun!  I bought them from Amazon to use as party favors.

The skulls I added some distressed ink to give them an eerie look, instead of white. I also added clear glass accent gems to the eyes, so the  LED lights  would shine through the eyes.

I am using different crowns with LED puck lights inside. Skeleton finger napkin rings hold each purple napkin. Nothing but the best for my royal guests.  A shimmering gold tablecloth  adds flair to this party.

  1. Grace Skelly has a smile to die for Linda! What a spooktacular table for your royal guests with your crown goblets, purple lighting, runner and sequin tablecloth! Love your plate stack and the skeleton crew hauling the crown bag party favors with chocolates! They must be bone tired supporting that tray. ,-) As always it’s a treat to have a virtual seat at your table. Happy Haunting ♥

  2. Linda your tables are always delightful and I like the purple color but what else would I expect from you? Lovely as usual. How clever of you to dress up the skulls, I was wondering where you found them; but I liked your touches to them better than anything found in a store. Your guest at the head of the table is certainly distinguished, though she is a little long in the tooth. She has been waiting a long time for her dinner on the lovely plate stack. And you are known for your bling and it is certainly on this table. Happy Halloween my friend.

  3. Greetings Linda! It's so nice to see Grace Skelly at your table having some fun. (but I think she's been dieting a little too long... don't tell her I said that) Everything looks so amazing as usual!! I can just imagine your guests in their favorite costumes dining and telling spooky tales. Thanks for giving us a glimpse into home and showing us the creative ways we can decorate, Sometimes with just the things we have around the house used in a different way. Have a fun spooky season Linda!! Blessings, Edie Marie

  8. Linda, Grace Skelly dressed in her Royal velvet looks quite regal as she presides over her royal table! The skulls with their added jeweled eyes and lighting are creepy resting on top of the black salad plates with their gold skulls. The purple details add more royal accents to your creative and entertaining table. You always add the glitz and glam which I love. It is always a treat to hop with you!

  10. Linda, your spooktacular and eerily elegant table is just divine my dear! So many wonderful, skeletal details — you know how I love a skeleton theme table and decorated chandelier! What you did with the coloring and interior lights of the skulls in other worldly. No one used LEDs to greater effect than you! As the self-proclaimed Queen of Theme, I am green (with envy) of the crown table favors — OMG, I can’t get to Amazon fast enough to get me some! I will have to share the Queenly title going forward with you!

Thanks so much for bringing your creative style to yet another tablescape hop. It's magical.
