To create the eerie mood, I used a Halloween shower curtain on my french doors in the dining room. They are inexpensive and so fun to use for a backdrop. Many thanks to Chloe from Celebrate and Decorate for this wonderful idea.
The Witch's Ball takes place in our dining room.
How about a Courtly Check Cauldron of roses? Do you fancy them!
I love using these purple claw gloves as a party favor. They are filled with wrapped candies.

These lovely witch leg napkins are a fun addition to my theme. I used Halloween hair bands for the napkin rings.

Linda, My broom is parked at the door and I’m cackling with glee to join your party! So many Courtly Check goodies…not one cauldron but TWO, along with your flatware, plates and witch shoe candle holder! I adore your chandy treatment, napkins, purple sequin tablecloth too. As always it’s a treat to join you at the table and hop with you. Happy Tuesday! 🎃🧹
ReplyDeleteYou have so much talent for creating anything you set out to do, Linda! Thank you for sharing it with the world. God bless you. :)
ReplyDeleteHello Linda. A shower curtain, I would have never guessed. You pulled out all the stops for your theme. I love the ‘if the shoe fits’ salad plates and all of your Courtly Check details. The chandy and sequin cloth add to your theme beautifully. The dining room is certainly dressed to the nines! It is always a treat to join you at the table 🎃
ReplyDeleteYou can tell how much care you take planing :) Fantasmagorical! Kudos !
DeleteOnce I saw the title, I couldn't wait to see all these details! Wow, Linda! First of all, that shower curtain backdrop is fabulous (wtg, Chloe - brilliant!). The MC shoe and the other pair at the table's ends are perfect, and those dishes were the right fit, indeed! Lol, laughing at those gloves at the place settings - I bet I could use those for real in the garden. The witch hat lighting is exceptional (might have to entertain the thought of those for my portico!). All in all, a true spectacle of witchy woman wonders! Love it all, Linda.
ReplyDeleteOMG Linda this is fabulous. You never disappoint with your tables capes but this one is so creative and fun. Love those witches hats hanging from the chandelier. Bravo my friend. xoxo Kris

ReplyDeleteLinda!! WOW OH WOW! You knocked this right out of the park! This room needs to be in a movie! So many details that are just incredible. Wouldn't it be fun to be able to do a real live house hop to see each others tablescapes in person! Maybe one day haha. Until then thank you for sharing you creativity with us.

Oh goodness Linda, I don't know where to begin!! I LOVE your witch theme and the chandy with the hanging witch hats and witch hat lights is as attention grabbing as your purple sequin tablecloth! Of course I'm drooling over all the MKC witch leg pretties and flatware, and the witch boots filled with Halloween picks is fabulous! The witch leg plates and the creepy hand filled with goodies, all so cute! I do hope you're having a Halloween witches dinner party!
ReplyDeleteJenna
Linda, absolutely adore your clever and fun party theme! You have the most spooktacular MC tableware and decor pieces. The flatware has me spellbound! And the witch shoe candle holder is fabulous! Love the many layered details of your styling; including the place settings (those plates!), table length centerpiece, and floating witch hats from the chandy. I do think the shoe would fit me lol! Would love to park my broom at your table and visit for a spell.

ReplyDeleteThe shoe AND the hat fits! I love the hats....they are fabulous, and your light fixture is over the top. I also like the little mugs with the hat covers. I love mugs with cute covers to keep drinks warm. The twinkle lights are fantastic, too, and I adore your M-C flatware, of course! The purple grounds everything in the very best way. Oh, and I love the cauldron centerpieces and the arrangement in the witchy boots. Your dining room has made me smile, Linda!
ReplyDeleteI just love this, Linda. You do such wonderful decor for each holiday and often make your own holiday to celebrate certain events. I love everything you do. You have outdone yourself this time! lol. Love it love it love it---or did I say that already?
ReplyDeleteI use shower curtains, too. We have an enclosed patio out in front of our condo and there is a tall 'fence' that is about 15' away from my dinette window. I use a shower curtain to cover it and change it with the seasons. I always do something that has a path-or depth to it.
Have a wonderful rest of the week. xo Diana
