Karen, one of my girlfriends gifted me these gorgeous black and gold goblets. They look so pretty with this theme's colors.
The table is adorned with these lovely crystal candle holders. I placed a cream colored kissing floral ball in each of them. Smaller crystal candle holders hold glitter red candles.
The centerpiece I created with 4 Sealed With a Kiss signs from the Dollar store. My handy husband built a wooden box and we attached each sign to 4 sides of the box. I cut out the top and left a heart in the envelope. I wanted a red heart, so I printed my own and glued it in the envelope.
I added a vase with fresh red roses and baby's breath.
As you know, I love to decorate my chandelier with each theme. I draped white pearly bead garlands from the chandelier and then added the red glitter hanging hearts. I bought these huge lip balloons to go along with the Sealed With a Kiss theme. I bought a portable helium tank, so I could blow up my own balloons. Did you know you can save your foil balloons to use again and again. You stick a long straw into the valve of the balloon, into the belly and the air will slowly come out! A handy tip to re-use balloons.
I took some daytime photos and also some evening shots.

Good Morning Linda! I always look forward to your tables to see how you carry out your theme to your chandy and treats for your guests. Such a creative idea with the help of your handy hubby to build your centerpiece box with ‘sealed with a kiss’ signs from Dollar Tree. So clever to use flower kissing balls too! I see lots of balloon fun in your future with your helium tank. As always, it’s a treat to join you at the table and hop with you. Happy Tuesday ♥
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun table setting, Linda. You always do such a great job and take it one step beyond what most people would do. Love the box hubby built for your Sealed With A Kiss signs from The Dollar Tree. I hope you have a beautiful Tuesday. xo Diana
ReplyDeleteLinda, You always surprise and delight! Everything is beautiful and so creative. I am very impressed with your idea to use Dollar tree signs to create a centerpiece box. Your husband is so nice to build a box for you. Those crystal candle holders are so lovely adorned with flowers. Your plate stack is gorgeous and those goblets are so unique. As always, your chandy is over the top!
ReplyDeleteLinda, you are the Queen of glitz and glam, and I love that Paul makes sure of it by helping you out however he can with your themed tablescapes! Tell him he did a great job on the centerpiece (and I'me sure you can re-use that!). What a great execution of sealing the table (and chandelier) with a kiss. The runner is a perfect addition to your black and white collection, and Karen's wine glass gift goes so well with your chargers. She knows you well. The sweet rosebud fold, and the chocolate box of candy lips are fun for guests. And what a great tip on the mylar balloons - I did not know that! Thank you for bringing your glam flair to the group on this hop, Linda!
ReplyDeleteWell done as always.
ReplyDeleteLinda thanks for the tip on saving the balloons...I have some left from a Kentucky Derby table and felt sad when they slowly lost all their helium and I couldn't bear to part with them. I know...we stylists can get a bit emotional over our tables can't we? Your glitzy table is an inspiration as always. When I get my IT issues resolved I will be joining our great group of table hoppers. Hugs my friend
ReplyDeleteOh my, those chocolate lips, the black-and-gold goblets and that gorgeous centrepiece! A stunning table, Linda!
ReplyDeletePerfectly heartfelt table:)
ReplyDeleteSuch a cute and beautiful table. I Love red white and black together. Everything is stunning.
ReplyDeleteLoving the bold lips! Those lip boxes are such a cute idea! Your black and gold combination is beautiful! Great tablescape! So fun to blog hop with you Linda !
ReplyDeleteVa va voom Linda, wow! This is so much fun, all those big red lips have me smiling!! The color scheme of red, gold and black is perfect for your glamorous table! Your Sealed with a Kiss centerpiece is so cleverly done and looks perfect full of roses and baby's breath. I love your rose fold napkins too. Over the top glam! I hope you're having a Valentine party!

Linda, your elegant table is beautiful and I love all the "kisses!" Pinned! Blessings, Cecilia @My Thrift Store Addiction
ReplyDeleteLinda, your tables are always full of creative energy, and this one is a perfect example. You have a style all your own, and I love it! Love the theme and your clever way of bringing in the lips. I need to order boxes of the lip chocolates for my dinner group girlfriends. Perfect party favor. Great tip on the balloons. Another tip someone shared with me years ago, is buy helium balloons at the dollar store. So economical and perfect if one needs a large number of balloons. The black and gold theme is a favorite for me, and yours is spectacular. The touch of red really makes it special. Happy Valentine's Day to you and Paul. It's fun to be with you on this Valentine's Day Blog Hop.
ReplyDeleteFabulous, as always, Linda! You really know how to set a gorgeous table! Kudos!
ReplyDeleteAs always your table is so inviting and filled with lots of fun elements! The stemmed gold glasses are so pretty (nice friend!). I love all the glitziness and especially the red lip boxes - cute favor. ENjoy lunch with the cloggers - what will you serve?
ReplyDeleteWhat a gorgeous and glam table Linda! The centerpiece is perfect and how great that your husband was able to contribute; using the dollar tree hearts was genius. I love the red, gold, and black scheme - very dramatic, and the chandy looks fabulous sealed with a kiss! It was nice hopping with you and happy Tuesday.
ReplyDeleteLinda, I love how you're planning a party with your clogging buddies. The girls are going to LOVE this! The theme is darling, and the way you've implemented it with the big lips is so cute! I love the hearts hanging on your chandelier...the glitter sparkles on them! The black and gold goblets are an inspiration in how they tie together all the black and gold elements. The kissing balls are all you need flower-wise....I do love them, too. I had no idea Target sold such blingy placemats. I hate I missed out on them because I would use them a whole lot! The gals will love the party favors, too.
ReplyDeleteHappy Valentine's!
XO,
Ricki Jill

ReplyDeleteLinda, you had me with the centerpiece! It's sweet, clever and dramatic! It's the pièce de résistance for the glamorous gold and black touches on a Valentine red base.

ReplyDeleteYour clogging friends will love this table. The centerpiece box made by Paul with dollar store sealed with a kiss signs is perfect for your table. It is always a pleasure to hop with you!
ReplyDeleteI was so excited to see what you would come up with for this hop Linda. You absolutely always nail it! I love all the little details you've added. I believe that's what they call "vision." It never ceases to amaze that something I walked past without a thought, ends up looking fabulous in your designs. Vision! What an amazing job Paul did bringing it all together with that centerpiece too! Have a wonderful time with the Cloggers. They are in for such a treat!
ReplyDeleteLinda, what gorgeous fun! I love your Sealed with a Kiss floral centerpiece box to hold all of your roses. It is the perfect centerpiece. Of course, the huge lip balloons are so festive and the Etsy lip boxes filled with lip chocolates are such a playful touch. I feel in love with your black and gold wine glasses given to you by your friend. They are unique and so elegant at the same time. Of course, what works the best as a tablecloth is your choice of the lovely rose tablecloth. It immediately sets the tone of the tablescape and spells love and romance. Your black and white striped runner with red kisses is bold and immediately pulls together all of the lip or kiss decor. So heartwarming and fun. Happy Valentine's Day!
ReplyDeleteLinda, What fun! What elegant fun you have styled here! I love the black and white and gold along with the red lips! Those are such a fun combination! You always impress me, and the chandelier always is part of th the fun and the theme! It is always fun to stop by and see what you have created!!
ReplyDeleteWow Linda, you always have such glam table settings. I love this Valentine's table starting with the runner. It is perfect for the "sealed with a kiss" theme. Great to have such a helpful buddy in bringing your vision forward. Loved the dishes and the treats for guests. Such a fun and joyful display. Happy Valentine's Day!
ReplyDeleteThat black and red is such a nice combo and I love your pow-pieces, the lips and hearts on the chandelier. Beautiful with the tall vases, too!
ReplyDeleteLinda, I love all the contrast and drama of the black, white, red and gold in your table, centerpiece and chandy! Those kiss balloons and other decorations add so much fun and whimsy to the scene.
