We are having beautiful spring weather. I have worked out in the gardens for 5 days and my back feels it.
I cleaned out the garden bed in anticipation of planting tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce and more. I certainly hope the darn squirrels don't eat anything.
I had my husband add two boards to the outdoor buffet so I can add more items either for display or entertaining. It makes for great outdoor entertaining. I will be sharing the outdoor buffet, fully decorated this coming week. Paul also re-covered the 6 patio chairs.
Also spring has sprung here in sunny California. The Lilac, rosemary, wisteria, lavender and Lady Bank Roses are in bloom. I will be sharing them this week.
I
love all of the inspiration. It is difficult to pick the features,

ReplyDeleteYou and Paul are always working and doing amazing projects, Linda. Thanks for all the inspiration and for hosting. I can’t wait to see all the fruits of your labor.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure your garden is showing the results of all your hard work! We're in full spring mode here where it's once again raining. We have a sunny day and I work in the garden, then it rains for 1-3 days, it dries out for 1-2 days, the sun shines and I work in the garden one day, then the cycle repeats!! And my garden looks forlorn . . . sigh.
ReplyDeleteI admire your hard work in the garden it will be wonderful to have all those fresh vegetables! Your patio would host a fabulous Cinco de Mayo party, oh how I wish I was your neighbor! Thanks so much for the party Linda, and thank you for featuring my Easter Buffet. We had so much fun watching the Masters Golf Tournament and watching the kids hunt Easter eggs. I hope you have a great week ahead 💕

ReplyDeleteLinda, I didn't realize you had a vegetable garden. Is that area new, or the gate? It looks great, and so do the planters. I know the feeling of back hurting after working in the garden. I usually have to take a day off in between! Paul's been very industrious too. Great idea to add the shelves. Can't wait to see it soon. Thanks for the party. Fun features again.
