I set this table on the deck off our study. It's been very hot lately so an early breakfast is our best time.
The plate stack is Crown Linen's placemat, follower by a yellow sunflower mat, then a Bee plate from Horchow. Next is Mackenzie Child's Courtly check dinner plate and a sunflower salad plate. The sunflower plate and bowl complete the stack.
I am using my Mackenzie Child's Lotus Watering can for my sunflower centerpiece. I added a few peach roses my son gifted me.Black and white checks go beautifully with yellow. The sunflower towels are also a Mackenzie Childs find. This table is full of cheerfulness with sunflower plates and bowls.
A great way to start the morning with this happy sunflower table.

Beautiful Linda! Sunflowers never fail to make me smile. Love your pretty dish stack and linen layers with your MKC sunflower dish towel. I have the same Lotus flower watering can, it’s one of my favorites. Our humidity has been off the charts making it feel hotter. Stay cool. 🌻
ReplyDeleteSo cute!! You had me at sunflower!!
ReplyDeleteLove your mix, Linda! I remember you mentioning you had the WS bee dinner plates when I used the salads recently. Love the multi-layered placemats and sunflower towel too.
ReplyDeleteIt’s hard to think about fall when it’s 90° but I can’t wait. Love your sunflower settings. Beautiful table, so cheerful. Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteWhat caught my eye are the beautiful crocheted doilies. Sunflowers are also Ukraine's national flower. Slava Ukraini!

ReplyDeleteSo pretty Linda....the sunflower is the state flower of Kansas where I was born and raised and lived for a long time. We are able to grow sunflowers here in Florida so I am pleased as punch for that. You MC pieces are beautiful and your morning table is inviting. thanks for sharing. Have a Blessed day.
ReplyDeleteThat's the perfect title for this post. It is delightfully cheerful in every way!
ReplyDeleteOh I love this so much! Love sunflowers and your table is beautiful! All the pretty MC pieces make a great accent with the sunflowers. I see you used the crocheted pieces your mom made too. Perfect!
ReplyDeleteNo fall here yet, but our neighbor's sunflowers are just about ready to bloom and I can't wait to see them. Of course, they won't be as charming as your table sunflowers set among your tropical surroundings. All that green around the yellow just makes them pop!! Enjoy your weekend!
ReplyDeleteI have sunflower decor on my kitchen table, and yes, they make me smile. Your table is so cheery and I'm crazy about your towels!
ReplyDeleteThat is such a lovely table and I really love those peach roses mixed with the sunflowers. They sure do make a cheery centerpiece.
ReplyDeleteI believe this is my favorite table you have done. Love everything, especially the MC sunflower towel and your flower arrangement. I hope the weather does not affect you.
ReplyDeleteLoving your sunflowers!
ReplyDeleteI love sunflowers. So much so that I have one tattooed on my shoulder with a vintage sewing machine. You set the most awesome table. And this one is probably one of my favs. Until you set another one. LOL
