Are you ready to wear the green and enjoy some Irish food? I plan on cooking some Corned Beef and Cabbage. I don't know why I don't cook it more often. A few years ago, I made some Irish Pasties. A wonderful way to use leftovers and enjoy a wee bit of Irish Tradition. A pasty is a handheld pie filled with cooked meat and vegetables. Store bought crusts make a perfect shortcut. Just shred the beef, add some cooked potatoes and cabbage and you are set.
Last week I shared a tablescape in honor of St. Patrick's Day in our breakfast room. I added a wee bit of pink to change it up a little.
I love all of the inspiration. It is difficult to pick the features, because we have so many wonderful posts. There is so much creativity out there. Thank you friends for sharing your lovely posts. Feel free to use this featured button.
