Welcome friends to a spring blog hop. I am embracing spring with some pretty blooms, amazing fragrance and lovely weather. The hummers are happy flitting about. In addition to the feeders we have, there is wisteria, lavender, rosemary, lilacs. and Lady Bank Roses. We also have Marguerite Daisy's 🌼 which is the symbolism of love and joy, It's also my birthday today. An April Fool's Baby.
Many thanks to our charming hostess Rita from Panoply for organizing this blog hop. You will find the links to the fabulous tablescapes at the bottom of this post.
An aqua damask napkin is tucked under the dinner plate which sits on the Pier1 white scalloped plate chargers. I added aqua placemats for a pop of color. It also coordinates nicely with the compotes.
I added these French Molded Rose Sugar Pieces for tea on a pink heart dessert spoons.

Happy Birthday Linda! 🥳 🎉 What a lovely tea party to welcome Spring! I love your bird theme with your fun touches. . .nests in your compotes with candy eggs, bird tea infuser and tea, and festive bird glasses from Jain. Your tiered stand is perfect for serving treats. As always, it’s a treat to join you at the table and hop with you. Happy April 🌸
ReplyDeleteI love all of the birds here! What I find particularly interesting are the glasses. I have seen those on Amazon, and wondered how sturdy they would be because I absolutely love them. It also makes me smile to see those scalloped Pier 1 chargers. I know a lot of us picked those up, and I never tire of them. That bird tea infuser is sweet as well. I know I would enjoy sipping tea at this table. Happy birthday!
ReplyDeleteOh this is just adorable with all the birds. So pretty. Love love the hummingbird glasses. Happy Birthday. Hugs. Kris
ReplyDeleteSo creative! The tablecloth is perfect. Love the little nests with eggs. And those glass bird flutes -- spectacular!

ReplyDeleteYou are going to think I am a bit nuts but as soon as I saw the glasses I wondered if they were a gift from Jain.I immediately associated the two..well 4:) I hope Spring comes here next:)
ReplyDeleteI can't imagine anyone on the planet thinking you are a bit nuts...
DeleteYou are the hummingbird queen, darling table, just fling open your doors and let your feathered guests join in, a very fun Aprils fool day in the rain! Hope you have a great birthday!
ReplyDeleteHappy birthday Linda...or is this an April Fool's joke? Just teasing...couldn't help it. Our twins were born on May 1st so I always call them my little May Baskets which at their age now they tend to roll their eyes. LOL I love your bird tablecloth and the bird glasses. So unique, but you always seem to find the cutest things. Your tiered stand is another example. Your table is lovely and perfect for a tea party. Happy Spring and enjoy your birthday. (I usually call my celebration a birthday month...(just sayin')🐇🐥🐑💚
ReplyDeleteHappy April and birthday Linda. What a beautiful spring table you decorated. I love the gorgeous bird glasses and everything about that table. I hope you are spoiled today and enjoy. :)
ReplyDeleteLinda, your bird-themed table is so lovely! That herbal tea blend sounds delicious and those bird glasses couldn't be prettier. I would happily pull up a chair to your charming table! Happy spring!
ReplyDeleteAnother beautiful table, Linda! I hope you're going to sit down for some birthday treats today and enjoy what you've created. The tablecloth caught my eye right away, but then I couldn't take my glance away from that treat stand and the bird glasses. How fun! Happy Birthday my friend! Cheers!!
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday Linda..Love the glasses...Lovely table setting..I hope you are having a wonderful day..
ReplyDeleteThat bird tablecloth just sings! Oh my, this is a most splendid tea party (and how I love that teapot, too!). So many pretty treats. It's just full of the magic of spring.
ReplyDeleteLinda, first.....Happy Birthday!!!!! I hope it is a very happy and memorable one. We will help celebrate with you! Secondly, I am overjoyed to see your unique pieces celebrating birds in your tablescape. I am amazed over your bird stemware glasses holding your morning orange juice. So incredibly unique. At first I could't imagine drinking from the butt of the bird, but then I noticed that there was a straw. So fun and playful. I have a similar birth tablescloth and I see how you creatively turned it into a Spring setting. Marvelous! I love the bright pop of turquoise color and the nest in the compote dish. I feel like I am there with those pretty birds fluttering around me. Such charm. Happy Easter and Happy Birthday!
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday, Linda! I love the thought of your hummers buzzing about celebrating YOU! The new tea service, the table linen, and those darling bird glasses from Jain make the perfect setting. I love the pop of turquoise under the white linen and in the stems on the plate stack. Makes a fun presentation. Hope you are doing something fun today and this evening. Celebrate!!!!!
ReplyDeleteLinda, your bird themed spring tea party tablescape is just beautiful. The Grace Teaware Hummingbird china is so pretty and just perfect for your theme! I love the pops of aqua in the compotes, napkins, and placemats. The tablecloth is lovely and those bird flutes are gorgeous and so unique. Love the hummingbird glasses too. So many cute little touches like the bird tea infuser and the flowered chandy. Anybody would be delighted to share tea with you at this table. It was great hopping with you and it sounds like spring is well on its way in your area. Happy spring and Easter, and a very happy Birthday to you!
